Memorie collection is a research focused on the possibility to redesign the lifecycle of a material and start a reflection on the its value in our modern context. It consists in a variety of vases from a distinctive aesthetic, obtained through the partial erosion of glass bottles with a sandblaster.

This intervention pushes the user to visually compare the innate amorphous forms of glass in sharp contrast with the former perfect geometry impressed by the industrial machine mold in a positive dialogue.

These objects are a rare consolidation of one material in two stages of its metamorphosis, with an expressive language contented among its natural charm and the purely functional and minimal configuration of an industrial product: trying to establish a fixed point, if possible, on the infinite cycle of every objects around us.
