About me

As a UX Designer

I am a multi-disciplinary designer passionate about creating accessible and inclusive designs that make a difference.

With over five years of experience in my current role as a Senior UX consultant at Designit Oslo, I have led design initiatives in many different digital industries, bridging a huge spectrum of diverse user needs with business objectives.

I specialise in crafting intuitive digital experiences that make complex systems more accessible and engaging. I apply my cross-disciplinary background to every aspect of my work, from conceptualising new ideas to refining and scaling existing products, allowing me to approach challenges with both creativity and practicality. Finally, as a CPACC-certified professional, I will always put high priority on accessibility and extensive user insight to guide concept validation and iteration, ensuring my designs cater to a diverse audience while maintaining a visually compelling aesthetic.

As NAAZ Ceramics

Digital designer by day, potter by night.

Since 2019, I have been doing pottery and ceramics as my primary passion project, becoming the maker behind what is known in Oslo as NAAZ Ceramics.

In clay I find gratitude and contemplation, and it has played a huge role in building my confidence and voice as a medium agnostic designer. Through my pottery I always try to tell my story. As I always say, clay never lie, implying that in clay I find and speak to my most honest and true self.

In these few years, with my pottery I have collaborated with various galleries, exhibitions, museums and sold my pieces in curated local design shops across Norway and online, resonating with many incredibly inspiring people, business and communities.

As Chichi Projects

My clothes, my choice.

As my new year resolution in 2022, I challenged my self to never buy any new piece of clothing, unless I cannot learn to make it with my hands. I bought a sewing machine, ordered some funky fabrics, and never looked back, becoming a fully independent garments maker since then.

I make clothes that are unique to who I am, as the most truthful and exuberant extension of my persona. I have been studying fashion theory, obsessing over learning as many sewing techniques as possible, experimented with many materials, silhouettes and styles.

Making my own clothes has made me a happier person, and I want to share that joy with more and more people. I have founded a collective sewing studio in Oslo, gathering other like-minded people who share this passion as my community and inspiration.
